John Raisin
Independent Adviser and Chair
John is Independent Adviser for Governance and Investment to the Pension Funds of the London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Haringey and Waltham Forest. He is also Independent Chair of the Pension Board of the Merseyside Fund and also Advisor to the Nottinghamshire Pension Board. John has provided consultancy support including Governance and Investment Training, and reviews of Fund Governance and Pension Administration arrangements to a number of other LGPS Funds.
John was Head of the Northamptonshire County Council Fund and then the London Borough of Waltham Forest Fund from 2004 to 2011. He was also Chief Finance Officer of Northamptonshire County Council and Director of Finance of the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
