Debbie has worked for the local authority, through several reorganisations and restructures, since August 1989. Her career began working within the Finance Directorate before taking a position with the Clwyd Pension Fund in January 2000. Originally concentrating on the finance and closure of Pension Fund Accounts, Debbie became increasingly involved with the fund’s investments from December 2009, initially concentrating on the portfolio of alternative assets managed by the in-house team before expanding her experience across the whole Fund portfolio.
