William has worked in institutional asset management over the past 35 years and advised LGPS funds since 2009. A thought leader within the financial industry, he currently acts as independent advisor to three LGPS funds, and as independent chair of the Lancashire County and LPFA Pension Boards. He has a Masters in Finance from the LBS, and is Director of Linchpin Advisory Limited, providing advisory services on investment and governance.
