Clare leads the implementation of IFM’s ESG risk management framework across the Global Infrastructure Fund, focusing on climate change. Clare works closely with IFM’s investment teams during due diligence to identify material ESG risk and recommend initiatives for improving company performance. Working with the Asset Management team, Clare develops asset improvement plans including setting emission reduction targets. She engages with portfolio companies to identify opportunities for improving sustainability disclosure and outcomes.

Clare has a sustainability and infrastructure background, leading the Sustainability Team at Transurban, an international toll road company, to develop the sustainability strategy and set environmental targets. Previously, Clare worked in the financial services sector at PricewaterhouseCoopers and at Reuters and Goldman Sachs. Clare holds a Masters’ degree in Corporate Sustainability and Environmental Management (Monash University).
