Caroline is a Product Strategist within BlackRock’s Active Equities group. She is the lead product strategist for the Active Equity Impact Investing team. Her role encompasses product strategy, business development, client strategy and communication globally.

Caroline was a founding member of the BlackRock Sustainable Investing team where she worked with the firm’s global investment teams across equity, fixed income and alternatives to develop scalable, innovative investment solutions that address client’s sustainable objectives. She worked on research to develop ESG investable insights and proprietary signals, for use in security selection and company level analysis, as well as working in partnership with investment teams to enrich the ESG Integration practices. Prior to this she was a member of BlackRock’s Securities Lending and Financing Group within Trading and Liquidity Strategies. Her service dates back to 2015.

Caroline worked in Hong Kong as an Investments Analyst Intern for a sustainability lead Distressed Debt and Private Equity Fund – ADM Capital. Caroline earned a BSc, Hons degree in Biomedical Sciences from Newcastle University in 2012 where she spent time as a researcher at the Northern Institute of Cancer Research.
