Global Co-Head and Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Infrastructure Investment Group

Philippe is global co-head and co-chief investment officer of the Infrastructure Investment Group within the Asset Management Division (AMD). Since the inception of Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners (GSIP) in 2006, he has led GSIP’s business in Europe. Philippe is a member of the AMD Infrastructure Investment Committee. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1992 in the Corporate Finance Department. In 1997, Philippe joined the Real Estate Principal Investment Area, where he ran Whitehall Fund’s real estate investments in Northern Europe and Whitehall’s Italian nonperforming loan business. He was named managing director in 2003 and partner in 2010. Philippe serves as a director on the Board of CityFibre, a UK telecom fibre provider, and on the Supervisory Board of HES International, a European ports business. Philippe earned a degree in Finance from HEC Paris, in 1992.
