Paul is a Partner at XPS and heads up NPT, the XPS DC Mastertrust. He leads a specialist team with responsibility for all aspects of delivery to existing clients, sales and marketing, future proposition development and commercial management for the funder. During the six years he has been involved with NPT, assets have grown from c£200 million to £1.3 billion and member numbers to 53,000 – and NPT has become known in the market for its outstanding investment performance.
Paul has spent the last 20 years in the world of DC pensions, leading national consultant teams for HSBC and JLT; supporting clients from SME to plc with the selection and ongoing governance of their arrangements.
