Neil leads the £4.8 billion Surrey Pension Fund, which in recent years has been recognised for excellence in financial management, governance and sustainable investing. He is a member of the PLSA Policy Board and Local Government Committee, an independent member of the Local Pension Board for the London Borough of Hounslow, chairs the London pension officers group, and is a member of the national LGPS technical group.
