After 15 years in consulting, with a focus on helping financial service organisations determine and implement their pensions strategies, Frazer joined RBS Group in 2017. He provides support across the various parts of the bank to effectively manage the various UK and international pension arrangements, using his actuarial background to agree funding valuations, reviewing investment strategy, journey planning and managing communications with trustee boards. Frazer works closely with colleagues across finance, treasury and risk to ensure the operational impact of our pension arrangements, and in particular any changes to strategy, are effectively managed and communicated.
