Con started his career in local government pensions working at the London Pensions Fund Authority (LPFA) where he worked on the authority’s employer services team. After six years at LPFA, Con moved to the Local Government Association’s pension team in 2013, providing support to LGPS pension funds on scheme administration and representing LGPS funds’ interests at a national level. In the summer of 2018, he joined MHCLG’s local government pensions team in his current role as senior policy adviser.
