Charlotte Daelemans
NuveenManaging Director, Senior Real Asset Specialist
Charlotte is a managing director and senior real asset specialist in the Global Client Group at Nuveen, based in London. She is responsible for bringing Nuveen’s private market’s real assets strategies to market and raising assets in Europe and the UK. Charlotte works closely with investment and asset management teams across the private real assets platform at Nuveen focusing on infrastructure and natural capital.
Prior to joining Nuveen in 2021, she spent six years at AMP Capital where she was responsible for infrastructure equity and mezzanine debt capital raising as well as investor relations for Southern Europe. Before that she worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management for over five years where she was covering the Benelux and French markets. She started her career at Bloomberg L.P. in 2007, where she held several roles including business development for the Benelux market and Buy side specialist.
Charlotte graduated with honours from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven with a Masters degree in Finance and with honours from Vlerick Business School with a Masters degree in Management. She also holds the CFA designation and the CFA certificate in ESG.
