Morning Briefing & Departure
Guests will gather at Old Customs House for bacon rolls and tea/coffee before a short induction. You’ll then head out on the water in small crews, navigating across the Solent together – a great opportunity to build teamwork and sharpen communication on board.

Dockside BBQ & Networking in Cowes
We’ll dock in picturesque Cowes for a relaxed networking BBQ, giving everyone plenty of time to mingle over food and drinks.
14:15 – 17:00pm
Regatta Racing & Celebration
Next comes the excitement of head-to-head sailing races on the water, followed by a celebratory reception on shore. We’ll raise a glass to the day’s winners, hand out prizes, and continue the networking into the evening.
